Your photographs safety is paramount to us, with this in mind we request all photographs are sent to us using an insured and signed for postal service. We return your photographs using the Royal Mail's insured Special Delivery service which has a tracking number and requires a signature upon receipt. This service insures your parcel for up to £2,500 pounds.

Please note that when sending your photos in to us, you will have to pay for postage at the Post Office. This is not included in the price of your My Loving Memories order.

Whilst with us your photographs, slides or negatives/film are handled with lab gloves to protect them from finger prints that might degrade the final scanning quality. When we return your order it is packed carefully to ensure it gets to you in the best possible condition.
